The Permanent Way Institution of NSW invites you and your partner to the 2019 Winter Dinner, proudly sponsored by lendlease. Bring your partner and colleagues for an evening of fine food and wine, great entertainment and a chance to catch up with your rail counterparts.

2018 sold out early, so get in quick to secure your place. Bookings are opening soon for corporate tables of ten and for personal member tickets via the membership portal.

SPONSORSHIP FOR THE 2020 WINTER DINNER

Each year PWI seeks corporate sponsorship of our Winter Dinner (June). Members and their partners are encouraged to attend with numbers of between 200-250 on the night. Sponsorship includes:

• One corporate table (representatives, guests, clients - PWI membership not applicable).
• Advertised sponsor on all invitations to members;
• Advertised sponsor on Table Menu Cards and Program;
• Acknowledgement in the May newsletter leading up to the event;
• 5-10 minute presentation of your chossing (i.e video, promotional, speech etc)
• Wrap up including advertising in the August newsletter.

PWI will organise all event details, with your inclusion, prior to any advertising material going to the wider PWI membership. Entertainment is provided for this event. Sponsorship cost is $10,500 ex GST.
